Benzoyl Peroxide is a medication used to treat acne. Benzoyl Peroxide can cause dryness, peeling of skin, redness and burning of the skin. 



Category- Anti Acne (sebostatic) 

Mechanism Of Action - Benzoyl peroxide decomposes to release oxygen after topical application. This oxygen acts as a bactericidal agent towards Proprionibacterium acnes, the bacteria present in acne vulgaris.

Composition - 2.5% W/W Benzoyl
Peroxide

Dosage - 2-3 times L/A in a day on Acne
